• 9 years agoWARNING WARNING: Don't just take my words for this. Please see all the reviews of this business on YELP and NEVER use this company. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau! We were referred to them by American Home Shield in Jan 2013. They missed our first appointment because "car trouble". They showed up the next day 1.5 hours late, barely spent 15 minutes and said that a part is needed. My wife waited 5.5 hours!! This replacement part, which finally arrived 5 days later, was wrong and had to be re-ordered. By this time, we have gone 1week with no heat. On the day of the installation, my wife took off from work and waited another 4 hours. They never called and never showed up. We called 10+ and got no return calls. We ended up going back to AHS who sent us another company. This company had the nerve to call back a week later and ask that I remove the negative review on YELP. Are you kidding?! These people are crooks!!
