This company is a rip off. I had a problem with my furnace. I accidentally called Stevenson Heating and Cooling instead of Southwestern Heating and Cooling. Stevenson turned on my furnace, heard the loud boom and told me that I needed a new furnace without even checking it out. They gave me all kinds of quotes for furnace/air conditioners combos. The next day I called the company that I always use - Southwestern Heating and Cooling. They came out the next day and turned on my furnace. The service man told me my furnace needed to be cleaned. He told me after he cleaned it that my furnace should be good for another 20-15 years. All it needed was a good cleaning as I haven't had it cleaned since 2006. This company is reliable and reasonable. So, NEVER USE STEVENSON HEATING AND COOLING AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND WILL TRY TO SEE YOU A NEW FURNACE/AIR CONDITIONER WHEN YOU MAY NOT NEED ONE!
