We all want BBQ whenever we can have it. This Memorial Day, you have an excuse to indulge on these juicy steaks. You can also have an excuse to consider kitchen remodel design. Check our recipe out:
BBQ Steaks
Ingredients:
- Balsamic vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Liquid smoke flavoring
- Cayenne pepper
- Beef ribeye steaks
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, ground black pepper, olive oil, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, and salt. Place your rib-eye steaks in a nonporous dish. Then, pour marinade over them. To get the optimum flavor, get your meat and rub the liquid. Cover and let it marinate for at least 24 hours. We recommend marinating it up to 48 hours so the meat can soak up all the flavor. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat. On an oiled grate, grill the steaks for seven to eight minutes per side.
This one’s for you if you love burgers:
Wasabi Salmon Burgers
Ingredients:
- soy sauce
- wasabi powder
- Scallions
- salmon fillet
- Egg
- fresh ginger
- toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
Whisk wasabi powder, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl until it’s smooth. With a chef’s knife, slice your salmon using even and quick motions. Make sure you don’t rock the knife when slicing as this will turn your salmon mushy. In a large bowl, add oil, ginger, egg, and scallions. Form your mixture into four patties. Expect the moisture to be moist and loose. As soon as the first side is ready, you won’t have to worry anymore as it will hold together nicely. Get your large nonstick skillet and coat it with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat for at least a minute. Then, add your patties and let them cook for four minutes. Check the side of the patties. If it’s brown, turn and continue cooking until they are firm and fragrant. Serve immediately.
