Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. 1. During the past snow storm we had a new customer that had no heat. We determined the system had to be replaced. We worked through the night to replace it and in her own words she was surprised that the priced was less than the estimates she got earlier in the year.

2. We had an elderly customer who was told that her unit could not be repaired and in fact they turned the gas off and left her home. She called us up very upset and in tears and explained that she did not have the money for a new system. We sent a man out and determined it was only a small part and we even repaired it at no charge.

3. This is an actual review that was posted on line by a customer. Our heater went out through the night during the snow storm, they had a serviceman at our home within the hour and within 20 minutes he had our heat back on. The serviceman covered his boots and was very cautious not to track any snow into our home. Best service I ever had and the invoice was a surprise. We expected to pay more at 2am in a storm.
