A. Exceptionally skilled people - 5 master plumbers, 3 certified backflow testers, 1 fire system backflow tester. We can drive forklifts, weld railings, excavate pipes, haul fill in to a site, bore under sidewalks with compressed air "pig", water jet drain lines, and repair or replace any plumbing fixture commercial or residential. We are constantly training our employees and have monthly safety meetings with all of our mechanics. We have up to date equipment and are ready to handle even the toughest of jobs

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. A woman hired Roto-Rooter to clear a drain. They came back with dirt on their cable and told her they would need to excavate. She called Heeter Plumbing and our very experienced drain cleaning mechanic cleared the line and identified that the source of the dirt was not a broken pipe but from the curtain drain in the basement. The problem was resolved and the customer was very happy.

A customer had problems at his business with one of the toilets. It would only flush properly with a load in it. Our mechanic identified that hard water had plugged the rinse holes in the rim of the toilet. He cleaned them with Calci-Solve and the toilet worked again.

A recent bath remodel by a woman for her mother had her beaming with pleasure as she brought pictures into the office when she came in to pay her bill. The old bathtub was replaced with a precast marble shower that had the drain at the end where the old tub drain connected. Beautiful precast marble walls and a precast marble sink top for the bathroom cabinet completed the look with clear glass shower doors and a hand shower on a slide bar. We made it look just like something out of a showroom!
