Joseph L. White, General Contractor/Electrical Contractor is a North San Diego County based residential construction company that has been designing and building extraordinary structures for over three decades. I specialize in seamless designed additions and remodels as well as new construction from the ground up.

I've been in business for over 31 years, specializing in all types of residential additions, remodels, and new construction. I was licensed in 1980 and started my own business in 1982. Throughout the years, I have acquired a wealth of experience and skills, and I have earned a reputation as a leading general contracting company.

I'm a licensed General Contractor (B-399251) and a licensed Electrical Contractor (C10-399251) in the State of California and carry liability and workers' compensation insurance. I work hard to complete each project on time, and within the customer's budget. All of my experienced sub-contractors are licensed and insured, and I have worked with each of them for many years. I use only the best materials available. I hold ongoing discussions with all of my sub-contractors to ensure the procedures and techniques we use are up-to-date.

I personally manage all stages of each project, from the pre-design phase through construction and delivery. I form alliances with property owners, architects, structural engineers, and sub-contractors and suppliers in specialized trades.
