A. Beginning as a sole proprietorship with a focus on insurance restoration contracting in 2006 the company was named Dottrio and registered as a Limited Liability Company in 2012. Dottrio now provides Public Adjusting services throughout Maryland and specializes in the Insurance Appraisal process.

A. Find a contractor that specializes in what you are trying to accomplish. If you have damage that should be covered by an insurance company utilize a professional who knows what to expect from the process.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. 1. A church in Temple Hills, MD was offered $5,000 by their insurance carrier for storm damages. We were able to help the church get the full $143,000 owed under the terms of the policy.
2. A homeowner in Baltimore, MD suffered a house fire loss and was originally offered $62,000 by the insurance company. We were able to get the insurance company to pay the full $124,000 owed under the policy.
3. A homeowner in Camp Springs, MD was offered under $13,000 for extensive storm damage caused by Hurricane Sandy. We were able to get the homeowner the $49,000 owed under the policy.
