Hank Henry Keeton is currently being investigated by the Construction Contractors board here in Oregon because he has been doing illegal, and unlicensed work. He has been doing a lot of lying and BS-ing about his credentials in the construction world and finally all of his untruthfulness is coming back to serve him some justice. I would never recommend this person even to my worst enemy. I agree with Johnny above me, everything he said had happened to him... Happened to me. He overran my budget by doubling it, and he nearly tripled my timeline. We failed almost every inspection based off of his guide and direction, and the worst part about it... Once the house was finally completed, It has been breaking down daily like a 1968 VW van. His work is Negligent and unprofessional. He went to Berkly for crying out loud, and studied Philosophy... And he has Edited a book about Physics, and he owns a photography artwork company... None of this is construction. He is what we call a YouTube Cowboy. He Utubes everything and learns just enough to be dangerous and make people think he knows what hes doing. Wrong. He does not know what hes doing. Please everyone Beware!!

To be quite forward, I will honestly have to agree with the Previous comment. Hank Keeton is Less than truthful to say the least. Typically I try to refrain from bashing companies on forums like this, because there is no outlet for the accused to make a stand and prove their innocents.. However... Keeton Corp is a rare exception to any rule. Lets be honest. The guy is a shark who only likes to surround himself with goldfish. He chooses to Demoralize and disrespect those who work with him, and he does this in an attempt to satisfy his construction insecurities. He does this in order to gain mental control of those around him, and for those who watch from afar... He convinces them that he is the Lord Of all things construction. The truth of the matter is... He took a residential job in salem under the cover of his lies, myths, and his construction fairy tails, and Botched this job more than I've ever seen a job botched. I was working my trade on this Salem Job on Gardenia Dr. with this guy for almost 2 months. Literally Hank Keeton had absolutely no idea what he was doing!! He knew enough to keep the conversation over the head of someone who wasn't a plumber, Electrician, Concrete, ETC. Honestly, he was so arrogant, He actually tried to tell me how to do my job, Insinuating that he knew my job better than Myself. I assured him that i've been doing this for 25 years... He made sure to assure me he had been doing it longer than me. Basically I've spoken with about 6 or 7 other Subs working on the same job have actually been considering Suing the company that has employed Hank as the "construction manager." The company is called pcl, and the subs I spoke with said that they have retained council and are pushing to sue both pcl and Hank Keeton for hostile work environment, harassment, verbal harassment, Intimidation, Falsifying work documents. The company had 2 or 3 guys who they employed that worked on the job too, but they were really cool. Luckily I mostly had to deal those guys instead of Hank, But hank would come around 2 times per week... And believe me... every single day... EVERY SINGLE DAY he showed up to the job, He changed something, and we would take 4 to 5 steps back. It was almost like he wanted to prolong this job as long as possible. Anyways, I cant wait to see Hank Keeton of Keeton Corporation in court getting his due justice. And unfortunately for pcl they will have to learn a very hard expensive lesson for having a disrespectful, Very unprofessional person representing their agency. Henry Clinton Spaulding Keeton... Hank Keeton Is a fraud. He is NOT LICENSED IN OREGON. He always says "We" we at Keeton Corporation." There is no "We." Hank is the only man at Keeton Corporation. He uses that term so he can fool people into thinking his company is much larger than it is. Hank is not only a fake and a fraud, he is not qualified to do anything residential. Look at his website. He provides construction management services only. He lists several references on his website. If those references were all true, they would be VERY impressive. The only problem is. Those references he listed. not one of them knew who Keeton Corporation was. He worked on SOME of those projects being employed by another company as an assistant. After hank took the budget of my company, and blew it OUT OF PROPORTION, by 2.5 times. He made mistakes left and right, blamed everyone else saying they don't know what they're doing. Bottom line, working with this man was a complete nightmare.
