I could not be more upset or disappointed. We purchased a home one years ago, the previous owner had just completed at $20K outdoor remodel to include an outdoor firepit and seating area that was tiled. Alloy Construction was responsible for the tile work. Within 18months of the job, the tile started falling off the large outdoor seating area. I contactred Alloy and asked them to come take a look, it hopes they would stand behind their work and correct it. Bonnie said they would be happy to fix it and never mentioned a charge for this. We went back and forth for 4 months each time they "rescheduled" on us. I waited, because I was happy they had agreed to fix it. Finally after 4 months, they came to look at it and agreed they could fix it. Then two days prior to the day, she text and said, it will be about $600 dolllars to repair, I was shocked. Had they mentioned four months ago that we would pay , I would of called around to get comparables. However at this point we had waited so long, and wanted our deck ready for summer I agreed to pay the money. HOWEVER 15 minutes before they were to arrive, they left a text saying, they have decided to decline the job as they don't feel they could fix it and stand behind the work. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THEY DID THE ORIGINAL JOB JUST TWO YEARS AGO.
