Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. Full roof replacements which include all new step and counter flashings along walls, and chimneys. We also install ice and water guard underlayment in all valleys, low sloped roofs, and around all chimneys and skylights. We will install drip edge at the gutter line (at a minimum) on all roof replacement jobs.

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Insurance company name, and Claim number if it is available.

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. We stand out from other roofing companies because we are local, born and raised in Louisville KY. We also have a saying, "Built Right & Water Tight, the First Time !". Also, our clean up is excellent , and we have done full background checks on all our people.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. All of our customers are very happy, that is why we have an A+ BBB rating. But usually the happiest customers are the folks who were turned down by their insurance company on the first inspection by the adjuster without a roofer to represent the homeowner. Then we were able to work with the insurance company adjuster and have the full roof replaced. This is usually because the adjusters may have a huge work load and may miss a detail.

A. Helping people have a good roof over their heads.
