A. We troubleshoot systems, ducts for leaks and anything regarding the air conditioning or heating systems. We also repair and install new refrigeration and service pool heaters.

A. Honesty and integrity in the community and as well as proving worthiness based on other companies owned by the same owners. Very well known in the community

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. 1. A home in Labelle FL that the attic was colder than the home. They were so happy after a two day project that minimized the inconvenience by having a large crew on the job until it was finished.
2. Immokalee FL we did a new install of two walk in coolers for a company that services primates- We talked them into the walk in coolers for the fresh fruits and vegetables for the primates.
3. Lehigh Acres- a home that was needed a replacement unit. They were surprised that we pulled a permit and did the job within 2 days of pricing.

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. Helping people quickly solve their issues. SW Florida is such a hot climate and can be very uncomfortable very quickly. Making them cool and comfortable quickly is satisfying. Troubleshooting and finding issues that someone else could not is also very rewarding.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. check them out first and definitely meet with them. You know that you have an instinct to be able to just know if you are dealing with a reasonable and respectable person. Ask for references for sure.
