Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. We offer full service commercial, residential, medical and office building cleaning. Our cleaning services can be on-going or one-time. On-going cleaning service contracts are billed monthly. One-time cleaning & handyman services must be paid in full upon completion. Brand-Nu-Janitorial has service payments with PayPal on our website and as of February 2014, also have the ability to process payments on-site with mobile Swipe Pay for convenience.

A. What they would like us to clean in their home or office.

A. We complete our work as promised and follow through with our word. Our goal is to grow with our customers in Worcester and maintain a relationship that will last for many years. Marguerite manages her employees so you don’t have to. Based in Worcester, Brand-Nu Janitorial Service was founded in 1997 by Marguerite Cormier, who has worked in the commercial cleaning industry for over 24 years. Marguerite has assembled a team of experienced, highly trained and enthusiastic cleaning specialists who currently manage thousands of square feet of commercial space each day. All Brand-Nu Janitorial Service employees wear badges and are fully bonded and insured.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. We repaired a leaky toilet. We cleaned up a carpet spill and we stripped and refinished a tile floor (waxed it).

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. I do not have to travel far and can respond quickly to my clients needs.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. Research the project or cleaning you want done. Ask a lot of questions. If you can not understand what the person on the phone is talking about. Hang up and find someone you can understand.
