• 10 years agoABCO did not provide the correct length or correct diameter hose specifically ordered by the contractor.ABCOs decision to provide a smaller diameter hose caused their pumping equipment to clog several times, delaying delivery of a time sensitive material by two hours. ABCO caused a substantial mess in two separate locations attempting to clear their clogged lines while the hose was under pressure. One location was between the clients home and a neighbors home. The other location was in a public roadway. Their pump also leaked a significant amount of hydraulic fluid, leaving 5 stains that are currently visible in front of the clients home.The two hour delay caused by ABCOs clogged pump, resulted in concrete being too hard to take the decorative stamping. Additional materials and labor are now needed to ensure the concrete looks like the stamped and colored product the client desired.No attempt was EVER made by ABCO to remedy the situation, not even an apology. The messes caused by ABCO were cleaned by the contractor and the home owner, and the concrete is scheduled to be repaired by the contractor.A few weeks after the service date, ABCO was contacted by the contractor to discuss a payment adjustment due to their poor service. ABCO demanded FULL payment, and Aaron McCreary (owner of ABCO) visited the clients home, taping a handwritten note on the client's front door threatening to put a lien on the home if ABCO did not receive full payment from the contractor.ABCO makes the claim they are Serving to Satisfy, but they failed to provide quality service and have made the contractor and client extremely unsatisfied. If ABCO Pumping is your LAST resort for pumping concrete, youd be better off waiting for another company to do the job instead.
