Cory is difficult to work with, workers leave their mess behind, alot of unnecessary mud on porch, in garage and home. Work is o.k. Cory insists that his business do the plumbing, heating, and electrical in new construction. Cory demands that all plumbing fixtures be purchased through Gerhards so that if there are warranty problems, he will stand behind them and they communicate. Communication not good, plenty of mistakes. Now both drains from upstairs garage leak into basement garage, Cory's reply "talk with concrete guy it isn't the plumbing"
