• 9 years agoWARNING: If you don't want to waste a whole lot of your time do NOT use this contractor!!! Jeff Conaway the owner of JAC Construction INC is very nice up front and we felt very comfortable with him even though he was 2 hours late. We went over paint, flooring, and other repairs to a new home we purchased and we all agreed on work scope and pricing and time frame. Once documents were signed to start the job he didn't answer any of our phone calls or texts, he missed the start date without any communication whatsoever and then tells us that we are the one who is at fault. We are now scrambling to find contractors to do the work so we can move in to the home in a week!! I would steer very clear of this one man show contractor if you want your job done at all.
