Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. For house washing, ask if they will need a ladder to wash your 2 story house. If they say yes, this should be a red flag. True power washing professionals can wash up 3-4 stores while standing on the ground because of the type of equipment. This is safe for everyone involved. Do not let someone on your property who is going to stand on a ladder while using a pressure washer.
