• 10 years agoUnreliable. I first contacted their company August 15 and spoke with Steve. I am new to Lawrence and was referred to them by a mutual friend. I just bought a home and needed a gas line for my dryer. Steve came by and gave me a estimate and said he would be able to do work Monday or Tuesday. He never called or showed. I called again and he said he could get to me Thursday or Friday. Again never called or showed up. Called him again and said for sure Saturday. Didn't show or call. Finally, he said he would be over Sunday at 8:30am. Never called or showed up. I cannot believe they would treat someone so rudely. After waiting ten days I had to find someone else to do the work. I hope you don't use this company so they can learn what good customer service is about.
