A. Get the customer in when they are locked out, auto, residential and commercial.
Lock rekeys, repairs and replacements. Deadbolt installations.

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. We try our best to answer phones 24/7. Sometimes bad signals, or already on a call delays our response. If this happens, Please leave a message, we will call you back ASAP.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. Client returning home from a doctors appointment, someone else drove her, she left her keys in the house, locked out. We got her if, she is very happy.
Clients returning home from a trip to find their power is out and they do not have a front door key. We got them in, they still were not very happy because the power was out, but they had a generator which they fired up.
Client filling their vehicle up at the gas station. Its very cold out, so the car was left running. Wind blew the door shut and believe it or not, the car locked itself. "Un-fricking believable" Their words, not mine. But yes it does happen.

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. Helping people out when they are in a hopeless situation, and not taking advantage of that hopelessness. Some contractors chew you up and spit you out. Make sure you know who you are dealing with, especially if they are making keys for your home.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. Word of mouth, friends, family and associate recommendations. Referrals if you have the time. In an emergency situation, get an estimate cost before having someone come to your location and NEVER, NEVER give your credit card information to someone over the phone, just to get them to come to your aid.
