For one, we do not pay our employees commission, this is to eliminate dishonesty, we don't try to sell you something that you don't need. No gimmicks or high pressure sales. A. The most rewarding aspect of being a local contractor is the many friends made. I don't mean you just know who one another is and you say hi as your passing one another. I mean friends that call you just to chat. They go to eachothers families weddings and funerals. That's the kind of friends we've made.

Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. The most common jobs we do for our clients are air-conditioning and heating maintenance, repair and replacements.

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. Most of the information we need that the customer knows comes out during our conversation. However, I will say that if your unit is freezing up, it would be to your benefit to shut the unit off before you call. It normally does not take long for a technician to arrive at your house after your call to us is made. Turning your unit off helps to insure that the unit will be thawed out when the technician arrives. This will help the technician be there a shorter length of time since he won't have to wait for it to thaw, thus saving you money since we are paid on a time/materials basis.

A. Ask questions like if there employees are paid commission. If they are paid commission, the door is opened wide for dishonesty.
