• 8 years agoYou absolutely must avoid this company. They inspected my home in June 2016. Said the central A/C was working. When I moved in after driving across country, it was 100degrees in Rio Rancho and the A/C did NOT WORK!! The fan worked but NO COOL AIR! I had to wait 7 days for a service man who had to put freon in the A/C. Not only did Enchantment Mike falsify the report about the A/C but they missed a very important issue with the home. The shower plumbing did NOT connect to the drain pipe so water was running down onto the foundation - who knows for how long. I had several quotes from contractors who wanted to charge 3 - 10 thousand to fix. How could a home inspector miss such a thing? It was very easy to spot. The shower had a plug in the shower drain instead of the normal shower cover. This should have been a clue to the inspectors who must have missed it. I called Mike and left emails. I wanted him to show up, see the problem and explain exactly how they missed this. I got one call back who said he was on his way over and would be there in 15 min. I was not home and missed that call. I called and emailed him after that. NO response ever again after that. Oh well. He tried. Yeah, right. I suggest you stay away from someone who lacks the integrity to get back to a complaint in a prof
