• 10 years agoWas not particularly happy with their customer service. I called in on the holiday. The tech on call conned me out of having him come out because he might not have the part I needed and it would cost me 180.00 just to show up. So I requested to be scheduled first thing the next day . I followed up 8am on that Tuesday morning and the woman could only accommodate me for between 1-5. I did not have a tech arrive at my residence until after 7pm. However, the tech who did finally show up was great. He fixed the problem quickly with a smile. The tech was not at fault. Poor communications and/ or bad management . Either not enough help or poor scheduling seemed to cause this inexcusable delay for a very common problem. If you want quick service not the A/C company to call.
