A. Old fashioned honesty, integrity and reliability separates us from most contractors we compete with. Our determination to exceed expectations and commitment to customer satisfaction combined with professional project management ,use of certified tradesmen, and sustainable building practices puts us over the top.

A. Please have a concise description and location of the project you have in mind, your contact information and availability for a possible appointment.

Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. The need for our services usually comes out of a problem or need of our customer. They are having a problem or livability issue that is preventing them from getting the most form their home or building.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. We recently did an 80,000 square foot roof restoration that allowed our client to move into 100 year old industrial building that they would have been unable to use otherwise. This made them very happy. We also recently completed a 4 square foot (that's right "4" square feet) natural stone tile repair in a customers foyer where there were mismatched tile. They were very happy to be rid of this small bothersome issue, The point is , no matter if the job is big or small, our commitment to customer satisfaction is the same.

A. The most rewarding aspects of this business is using 30 years of experience and acquired skills to satisfy the needs of our clients by providing professional, cost effective solutions.

A. Contractors come and go frequently. You want one who has a long track record of completed projects and satisfied clients. Someone who is going to be in business a few years done the road to back their warranty should something go wrong. A reputation for honesty and integrity are just as valuable as craftsmanship. The price of the job should be only one of several factors that need to be considered before hiring a contractor.
