Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. Roofing, Painting, HVAC, Fencing

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. If it's an insurance claim. Have those documents available. Have what info you may need from HOA if you have one.

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. We are a General Contractor with people who specialize in specific trades. We are not a Jack of all trades, master of none. Many contractors don't have correct licensing or insurances to do the work they are trying to sell you.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. We had several jobs where the insurance company was off on their assessments. The homeowners received fair settlements after we worked with them. Insurance companies are fairly reasonable if you give them good information and reasons why what you are asking for is needed. We are good at presenting the insurance company those specific documents.

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. The most rewarding aspect of our job is to see something that is old and worn out. Then when complete see the difference of what it once was.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. Ask all the good questions. Insurance (General Liability AND Workers Compensation). Many and most contractors waive their workers compensation insurance. This puts a lot of exposure to you the homeowner. The second is to see if they or somebody they work with is licensed to do the work they are contracted for.
