I don't ever review services as I know problems can happen. Only reviewing this as the company owner Jimmy. Stay away if you believe there will be any ongoing problems with your pool (his own employees told me this...should tell you something about Jimmy). After calling twice to ask what I should do prior to their arrival, Jimmy said you need to do nothing. I called the second time to confirm and said there are leaves and the cover is on. Again he said you need to do nothing. Well, after they left, pool not running (because they told me to pump the cover below the skimmer the day before???) Leaves all over the pool. No chemicals added. I know they need to be circulated, but that goes back to their lack of knowledge of having the water level past the skimmer. Asked them to leave chemicals...they left without doing so. Tightened the plug on the bottom of the filter and water gushed out within seconds because he tightened way too hard and cracked the filter. All said, I know things happen, but as an owner...take some responsibility. The egomaniac owner brought his employee back to my home (without a phone call) and humiliated him in front of me. I apologized to the employee saying this is inappropriate and the owner Jimmy threatened to fire him in front of me. When asking to not do that, he persisted. Talking privately with the employee, he stated how difficult it was for everyone to work for him and said he was leaving the job soon. I can't stress enough to not use this company. This was the review I submitted to the company. The issue was the filter. I had run the filter for a month trying to clear it up. Decided to hire them to open it. Did many things to facilitate the opening...brought water up to level...pumped the cover and moved cover halfway down pool. Employee noticed a "small" leak from intake. I had said I didn't want to tighten the plug on the filter too hard as the owners manual says to "hand tighten", and that was most likely where the "small" leak was coming from. He proceeded to go and tighten the plug with full force and within seconds gallons and gallons of water began to gush out of the filter bottom near the plug. When they left, I dismantled the filter and there was a crack on the inside basin of the filter from the plug approximately 10 inches through the inside of the filter. Spoke with the owner "Jimmy" who said the pool wasn't winterized (which it was first of all) spoke in circles for anyway out of accountability.
