One of the most blatantly rude and dishonest contractors I have had the misfortune of coming across. This cheat charged me cash for a job in my bathroom to fix a simple leak. On completion of the job I asked to pay by cash or CC and he refused and demanded cash. On paying cash I asked for a receipt he never gave me one. His whole entire way of conducting business was just shady and dishonest right from the getgo. Anyway, the leak did not get fixed and I then had to call him multiple times. He never answered my phone. Finally when he did after 3 days, he was so defiant and rude and I asked him politely to please come back and fix the issue I had already paid him for. And this man shamelessly tells me that I'd need to pay him again. On asking him why so, he just said well he's not going to do a professional job and that he doesn't typically does such jobs and that I should contact someone else for the resolution. And then, he just hung up on me!! It amazes me to see what kind of crass and uncouth individuals operate in society. This man has zero conscience or honor. Because if he did, he would stand behind his work rather than cheat his way through life. Please save your money and avoid dealing with this company. The world of contractors is full of sharks to begin with but Marty Ceramic Tiles just takes the cake. If you have extra money to throw or some agent is "recommending" his work, please use your judgement and avoid the hassle of paying this company for a shoddy job! You will regret it, I guarantee you.
