These people got my business by giving me the name of a man from another company when he came to give me an estimate, so I thought he was from that company. I signed the estimate, asking why it was printed on a Felix tree services form. He said, "It's all the same". He cut my trees, cleaned up the brush and branches on 8/17, but left the logs on my lawn. He said they would be picked up in 24 hours. I called the number for "Aza", which was the number of the other company. They said they didn't cut my trees. I called the number for Felix tree service and their mailbox was full, I left an VM. I called repeatedly to both several times through 8/29. Nobody came for the logs. The REAL Aza came to my house, from the other company, not the man who cut my trees, showed me ID. I described the man who said he was Aza and he knew pretty much who it was. I got a copy of my canceled check from my bank, his name is Jose De La Trinidad. He finally called me on 9/2, apologized, said he'd pick up the logs in the next day or two. This is 9/5 and the logs are still on my lawn. I will notify the BBB on Monday, the 7th. I will also be finding a lawyer. This guy is shady, took the business of another man, and left me hanging. I'm an older woman, a widow and have limited funds. I wonder what he does to orphans?
