This contractor tried to build a house next door to me. It was a total disaster. The project was to take 3 months, but at 7 months it was still far from being completed. The client fired them and another contractor has taken on the mess left by Form and Rhythm. David, the president comes off as a really nice and organized guy until the job begins and then he is no where to be found. Does not answer emails, calls, etc. He is a profound liar and lacks integrity in all areas. He hired unprofessionals who did not know how to read plans, to measure correctly and were basically incapable of doing the work. The framing is not plum, windows were installed incorrectly, outlets were installed crooked, door frames installed incorrectly-I could go on and on. After he was fired he invented $30,000 in change orders including one for $4000 for a phone call to Ikea. He did not adhere to the contract in many areas. There are photos to prove all of this. He also left the site a mess. The client had to carry out 22 bags of construction trash. Yet he plays the victim and contends that he did a great job. Many professionals who passed through the project were astounded at the sloppy and shady work. Do not hire this person if you want quality work.
