I hired this company to install a storm door and front door on my house. When you call you speak to someone in the office named Diana, she is not at all professional and extremely rude! For the 1st estimate I specifically told her when they were near to please call as I have a playroom for my kids in the basement and may not hear them. I called the next day and asked for them to come back and she laughed at me and claimed they were already here. Told her I never got a phone call but apparently its my fault I missed the estimate. When the owner did come out I found him to be knowledgeable and hired them for my install. I gave a $500 deposit and was told that they would be out in a couple weeks, but unfortunately I had an emergency come up forcing me to go out of town for 4 days and I needed the $500 for my trip/hotel stays. When I called and spoke to Diana she was once again rude and didn't want to refund my money, she spoke with the owner and he agreed to mail me a refund by check. It has been 7 business days and 8 mailing days and I have received nothing, when I called to tell Diana she didn't remember when she mailed the check and said it would come any day. Called again today she will not let me speak to the owner, is still blaming me for missing my appt, and is upset that I got a free estimate.... I was hung up on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, HORRIBLE SERVICE!
