I've used this company for the last 15 years to blow in insulation in my home and rental attics. The first time I've seen their work is this year. I hate going into attics because I have COPD ( lung disease ) . The reason I went into my home attic this year was to investigative high humidity on the roof plywood decking due to my roofers recommendation. I was not happy with the quality of the work done. The soffit baffles were not really installed. They just shoved them the into the soffit area and the only thing holding them in place is the weight of the blown in insulation around the base of the baffle. They put soffit baffles where there were no Soffit vents ! I think the LABOR READY people (NOW CALLED PEOPLE READY) they are hiring are not being trained. Also this company is supposed to be knowledgeable about energy loss in your home and not once did they ever tell be about sealing my attic for air leaks BEFORE blowing in their insulation. I sent them an email this year about my issues but they never replied . I strongly recommend you research these companies prior to using them. Go online and YOUTUBE this subject to get more educated BEFORE calling this company. They are outrageously expensive. I called this company and asked how much would they charge to remove their blown in insulation so I could get in the attic to seal it up. They gave me an estimate of $800.00. I can't afford to have them remove the insulation so I will get up there in the spring and seal up all the air gaps. I'm kind of anxious about it because I have COPD and I'm 64 years old now. BUYER BEWARE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST !!
