They do not even earn 1 star. They do not live up to what you are expecting. I had vinyl flooring put down and even though the quote said they would be placing underlayment under the vinyl, they did not. They even argued with me that it was not necessary. They did not sweep or vacuum (I left mine out for them to use) before putting down glue to lay the vinyl. So when the job was done, all of the staples and dirt that they left behind on the floor showed through the vinyl which will eventually wear through the vinyl creating holes. Instead of offering to lay base layer, they just used what was left of the roll and pieced it together over the vinyl. Very poor installment. My basement, which was an easy install of vinyl - no baseboards to remove, just a clean surface which they said they would sand down high spots (they did not). After 2 years, the seams have all separated. I even had them come back to fix several seams that were not done right. The high spots in the concrete basement floor are showing, but there was nothing they could do about that. The vinyl was coming up where the seams were not properly sealed - guess they shorted me on the glue to put it down in the initial installment. Do yourself a favor and avoid Flooring Studios - go to Dulmes or Home Depot and get professional installations, because in the end, that is what matters most. I spent thousands of dollars for a poor job of installation even though the material was quality.
