=============== Terrible experience. Avoid this company unless you are really rich and enjoy being taken advantage of by plumbers. 'Bob' (of 'A Royal Flush Plumbing') was recommended by my community HOA to fix several minor plumbing issues before I sold my home. We had a home inspection report so we knew exactly the 4 minor issues which needed work. 2 outdoor faucets needed replacement; an inside faucet was dripping, and the water heater needed a new pressure valve (40-50 dollars total in parts). Because our house was about a 45 min drive from town, I told Bob what was needed so he could avoid multiple trips. He assured me that he goes to our community once or twice a week, so not to worry about the drive. He arrived and failed to carry the pressure valve or faucets (meaning that he now needed to make a second trip at an added cost); and ended up fixing only the inside sink drip. Incredibly, Bob charged me $327 to fix the drip and told me it would cost an additional $850-900 to change the WH pressure valve and 2 outside faucets. (these jobs are not difficult and I could have done them but for the fact I was out of state at the time) After charging me $327 for fixing one dripping faucet, Bob claimed that it was such a long drive that he expected to be paid for the trip (ignoring that he told me that he goes there a couple of times a week to entice me to hire him, and that the drive was not a problem). I paid Bob his $327 to fix a dripping faucet and refused to let him take advantage of me for the other work. My realtor found another local plumber (Don Palmer of Palmer Plumbing) who went to the house and did the work for $200 (parts and labor); and did an excellent job. I obviously recommend Palmer Plumbing if you need work in the area Avoid Bob and his 'A Royal Flush Plumbing' ; or expect to be taken advantage of and charged exorbitant fees just because he thinks he has you in a bind.
