Richard was contracted to do my roof and after signing contract with him it had taken weeks for him to start. When he finally did start he worked half days and wouldn't show up for weeks on end. it took a couple months for him to finally finish. I would call and it was all excuses about weather "its too cold" "the roads are to wet to drive the machine over" "too much salt on the roads" "i have to finish another job first" etc. etc. every excuse in the book. now that the roof is done, it is leaking, its not double crimped like it should be, some isn't crimped at all. ALL OF THE PANELS ARE CROOKED AND UNSQUARE to the house, he said the house is unsquare... I proved him wrong as its a brand new building and showed him how everything else was square. He wanted me to put the siding on crooked so it made his work look normal instead of fixing his screw up. The panel he started with goes from 9 1/2" at the bottom to 10 3/4" at the top.... so that's how everything is unsquare. they left nails and debris under the panels and can see the dents in the panels and its only a matter of time before they wear through the metal. He trys to tell you he knows best and to do it one way but then tells the next guy opposite, he will tell you whatever is easier for him to collect a check and not care about the quality of work. I rate him, his company, his skill set and his knowledge of roofing a -10 of 10. I would never recommend to use this company.
