I pay a yearly fee to have a maintenance plan with Summer's. While the staff is friendly, I feel they are always trying to sell you something instead of fixing it. The cost to fix your system is so expensive through Summers. I wanted a 2nd opinion and Price was recommend to me. I was told they were a very trustworthy company. A placed a service call and they came out. With the service call and the repair, Price was way cheaper than Summer's, who yearly maintenance plan is supposed to save you money on repairs gave me an estimated cost starting at $300 to over a thousand with no guarantee the repair was going to fix the problem, so I might in the end need to buy a new system $$$$. Price fixed it for $125. I am staying with Price. I am canceling Summer's.
