Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. We most commonly tear out and replace driveways, steps, sidewalks, patios, porches,slabs, small foundations, garage floors, dry stack walls, blacktop.
We put in the new glowing concrete- as seen at Cincinnati's Home and Garden Show this year.

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. Know what you want us to do and inform us if you have special circumstance such as deadline for project to be finished, special type of product ( broom or swirl finish, decorative concrete vs. regular etc.) Tell us how you heard about us!

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. We put in glow-in-the-dark concrete, we were at Cincinnati's Home and Garden Show this year and we have been in business a long time. We are regularly reviewed by companies like Angie's List and our reviews speak for themselves.
We stand behind our work and we will satisfy our customers.

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. We have gained a lot of friends in the community. We enjoy being a part of the look of the neighborhood and feel pride when we drive by a job we have done. These customers are usually how we get our next jobs and they call out, smile and wave to us wherever we go. We enjoy their pleasure and happiness.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. We did concrete for Clippard Park in Colerain Township, which features a skatepark, ball fields etc. That job turned out well, despite being placed on such challenging terrain. We did the wheelchair accessiblity at St. Ann parish in Groesbeck- the members there are now able to park in more spots that offer access to the multiple buildings there. Another customer that stands out is a group of three neighbors on West Fork Road. They kept their signs out long after we had finished the work and we received multiple estimate requests as a result.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. When looking for a contractor, do your homework. Check out what others are saying,particularly for the type of work your project entails. Ask the contractor if he has insurance, licensure etc. and when he thinks he can get to your job. A good contractor usually will be busy but not too busy for you. Be sure you feel comfortable with how your questions are addressed and the information you are given. Most contractors will ask for a small amount of payment ahead of time and payment in full at completion of the job. If they ask for a lot of money in advance- beware!
