Artist. 100% scam contractor. I seriously doubt the 3 positive reviews are genuine but Kevin's recent review is on point. I called him from his Craigslist Ad. He was friendly at his first and only visit, asked for a $250 deposit (to purchase the materials he needed to do a chimney liner install). He kept changing the date of service until the $250 check cleared. He continued making excuses for why he could not do the work or return the $250 we gave him. I have already filed a Consumer Protection complaint against him and all numbers/address/websites and companies (www.uglyshack.com and www.affordableelectricandplumbing.net) with the PA Attorney General's Office and Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Don't be victim to his scams. Find a reliable contractor that is not a criminal.
