Despite ours being a relatively simple project (installing new bathroom faucets), the job was never done properly. Even after multiple callback attempts, we never got everything installed correctly. There were at least 6 times that we had scheduled appointments for which he never showed, and in the end he stopped returning messages. Now, we will be stuck getting a second plumber to come and correct their mistakes.

We would not recommend this company to anyone based on the disappointment from their plumbing solutions and customer service. We had Tod come in last week to fix our main plumbing line and the service was given a one month warranty. Two days later we found out that the issues were only partially resolved. We called the company and they assured us that they would call back within fifteen minutes to provide an new appointment date. They did not call back and for the next couple of days began to screen our calls from our house number to send them to voicemail. We switched to our cell phone and got an answer so they scheduled an appointment to come and fix the issue. We were once again disappointed when they failed to show up and have now added our cell phones to their avoid list. They will do anything to avoid their "warranty".
