Mr. Hayner and his wife are crooks and harrass potential customers. We called them on a weekend to see what there rate would be for a weekend service call because we busted a pipe in our bathroom and didnt know how to shut it off. We were very clear that we were calling around for prices and would call them back if we choose them. We ended up using someone else. Monday morning a worker came to our door for a service call. We explained that it was fixed and that we had told them that we would call if we needed them and would not have wsuted to fix it until monday. Later that week we received a bill in the mail for a service call. When I called they refused to waive the charge. We filed a complaint with the BBB and Mrs.. Hayner lied and said that they called back on saturday and talked to one of our kids and confirmed we still needed them; we do not have kids. The BBB would not help because Hayner Plumbing was not a member. They continued to send bills and threatened to take us to court; we called their bluff and felt we would prevail in front of a judge. They finally quit sending bills.
