Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. Truck Mounted carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning.

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. How many rooms of carpet to be cleaned? Are any of the rooms over 200 Square feet? Do you have a staircase? If tile and grout cleaning, how many square feet to be cleaned. If upholstery cleaning how many feet long is the sofa or love seat? Measure in a line from the back of the sofa from arm to arm.

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. We are a true FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED company. We do not employ any of the unethical bait and switch tactics of many cleaners. And we use only the highest rated TRUCK MOUNTED steam cleaning units available today. We are honest and strait-forward about our pricing.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. 1. A tile and grout cleaning job in Sun City West where the homeowners thought they were going to have to replace their tile because the grout was so black and grimy...they were astonished to find out that the grout was really a bright white when we were done.

2. We also cleaned for the Heritage traditions retirement community, we cleaned all of their tiled common areas that literally went from black to a light cream, they were very happy!

3. We also did a whole house carpet cleaning in Peoria AZ where the carpet also needed to be completely re-stretched from top to bottom floor. After the job was complete the customer was excited because it looked like they had just had new carpet installed throughout the entire house!

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. Seeing the look on my customers faces when they see their floors when we are finished, especially when they thought their floors were hopeless!

A. Don't just look for someone with certifications, look for someone who will truly take their time and explain things to you, look for the quality of patience and mildness in the contractor your are seeking.
