A. Building dream homes for our clients on their lot or in one of our exciting developments.

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. We recently built a beautiful waterfront villa on Arrowhead Lake in Columbiana, Ohio with a gorgeous custom kitchen specifically designed around the views of the home site.

Secondly, we built a magnificent home on a premier lot on Pine Lake in Avellino il Legato in Beaver Township, Ohio. This home has been featured in advertisements in Valley magazine, in regards the work Master Plan Design has performed using a French Limestone Fireplace and Hood.

We also, competed a home we are very proud of in Covington Creek that took us 3-1/2 years to construct. It has been featured in regional magazines a number of times. It boast over 30,000 square feet of interior space and over 40,0000 square feet of covered areas. Featuring a bowling alley, theater, English Pub, 50's Diner, Arcade, Elevator, Tunnel to the Carriage Garage, 5 Kitchens and a host of other amenities such as a pool house, bocce court, brick walking trail, heated driveways and walks,etc.
