We called Mr. Mitchell to come and look at the reason our water pump would not come on after us throwing all the breakers to shut off an air compressor that was hooked up leading to the same box. At the time it was thought that the breakers had been checked and been turned back on. Mr. Mitchell upon seeing the pump said that it was impossible for the pump to work at all. We explained that the pump had been working for 15 plus years with no problems. We then proceeded to show him the well house from which the water came, the fuse box in the well house, the fuse box in the house, and the fuse box in the garage where the breakers were thrown. He also tried to look up under the house. He said that he could see nowhere that the pump was hooked up to. He was here for approximately 15 minutes. He was able to do no checking or procedures of any kind since by his own admission he could not find where the pump was powered from. After him leaving, actually being asked to leave, the breaker in question was checked again and found to be in the "off" position. After we flipped it on, the water pump clicked on and resumed it's normal function. The next week we received a bill for over $90.00. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT hire him based on his performance.
